APRF Centrifuge

Using the PRF method during surgery we aim to accelerat the healing of the soft tissue and enhance the bone healing.

The concept of PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) is based on the centrifugation of whole blood without anticoagulants (J. Choukroun et al. 2001). At the end of the spin, a fibrin clot containing the majority of the platelets and white blood cells is obtained.

This fibrin clot called Platelet Rich Fibrin or PRF will release gradually growth factors which will stimulate the healing process.

Numerous international publications are available and demonstrate the effectiveness of PRF in many indications: oral surgery (implants, bone grafting, periodontal surgery, extractions, etc.), Orthopedic, cosmetic and dermatological surgery.

 

Dental Diode Laser

Rarely in dentistry does a clinical tool emerge with so many possibilities for treatment as the dental diode laser. This laser equipment is ideal for procedures involving cutting or contouring soft tissue, which is why dental diode laser is also known as soft tissue laser. We use Diode laser to create precision cuts in gingiva and other soft tissues while also eliminating bleeding at the site and reducing the healing time for the patient. Soft tissue laser is also ideal for troughing around preparations, sterilizing endodontic canals, treating periodontal disease and tooth whitening.

 

ORTHOPHOS XG 5. Panoramic x-ray unit

The Panoramic x-ray unit offers the patient as well as the doctor a full picture of his mouth. All the image parameters are tailored to specific diagnostic tasks and automatically adapted to the head size. The horizontally and vertically reduced pediatric panoramic program offers outstanding image quality with a minimal dose.
Sirona Orthophos XG5 includes up to 11 panoramic programs including standard, pediatric, orthoradial left, orthoradial right, constant magnification and lateral TMJ views. The system also features advanced programs such as pediatric, thick anterior slices, sinus, posterior multi-slices and bitewing views.

 

  VistaScan Mini Plus Intra oral x-ray

The VistaScan Mini image plate scanner makes image plate diagnostics even faster for the doctor. The compact device requires a minimum of space so it is installed in the treatment room.

It can give the patient an X-ray and scanning directly at the chair side with full flexibility in the image formats. The re-usable VistaScan image plates are read out in top quality within seconds.

With detail recognition of 22 LP/mm, VistaScan image plates have a higher resolution than the X-ray film and exceed that of any competitors. The Photon Collecting System (PCS) from Dürr Dental is already ahead of current image plate developments.

EMS Air Flow

Polishes teeth like no other! A powerful yet controlled jet of water, air and fine powder not only polishes all the surfaces of a tooth, removing plaque, discoloration and soft deposits, but also reaches deep into periodontal pockets up to a depth of 5 mm. It is far more superior than traditional scrape and polish treatment at removing the damaging biofilm that develops when dental plaque is colonized by bacteria and can cause periodontitis and peri-implantitis to develop. Even deeper, subgingival air polishing can be carried out using a PERIO-FLOW® extension nozzle and air flow polishing is completely safe to use with dental implants, veneers, crowns and bridges.

EMS ultrasonic scaler

A vibrating crystal-driven high frequency (18 to 50 kHz) instrument with a tip for supplying high-frequency vibrations which produces bubbles that form and collapse, allowing the removal of adherent deposits such as bacteria, biofilm, calculus, and other root surface accretions from the teeth. The water stream washes the gingival pocket and the root surfaces to dilute and remove endotoxins along with bits of inflamed tissue from the walls of the gingival crevice and loose debris.
